Healing through feeling

Supporting your family’s journey to emotional health.

Our Services

Emotions are the key to mental health and challenging behaviours

At Fully Feeling, our clinical approach is emotion focused, primarily based on Emotion Focused Skills Training (EFST) for parents. EFST supports parents to navigate their own and their children’s emotions.  Parents become aware of, understand, and work with the emotions that drive challenging behaviours. Parents also learn to create healthy boundaries, set effective limits and expectations, and strengthen relationships within their family.
