I am a registered social worker, and I’ve worked with kids and families for 15+ years, both as a therapist and a supervisor/manager. My wife and I have two energetic young sons, one of whom is neurodivergent. They have been my greatest and most humbling teachers. With young kids, it is admittedly tough to find time for my hobbies, but they include time in nature (preferably in a canoe), martial arts, and guitar.
My professional passions include working with parents whose youth are struggling to manage emotions. I have worked extensively with neurodivergent (including ADHD, LDs and Autistic individuals) folks, those who identify as LGBTQ+ and those exploring their gender.
My office is located on the subway line in the east end of Toronto, and I also offer virtual appointments..
